Territory Rules (Summary)

  • DSF: 1 district = 1 DSF (conditional exclusivity based on KPIs)
  • TLP: Partner onboarding rights can overlap but data access is role-limited
  • MF: Affiliate overlaps allowed; District MF gets compliance-led priority
  • VC: 1–5 villages or 5–10 km pocket; payouts only on verified actions
  • Enterprise: multi-district/state boundary; governance and reporting SLA

KPI Gate (Exclusivity Retention)
