1. Operating entity and platform
PashuSevak Bharat is stated to be operated by OYMOM Foundation. OYMOM Health Private Limited may provide technology, hosting and technical support under a separate written agreement. The exact contracting and payment-collecting entity must be displayed at checkout and on receipts.
2. Purpose
The platform facilitates registration and profile creation for independent service providers in animal husbandry and allied services, and may help connect them with service opportunities based on demand, availability, location, eligibility and applicable law.
3. Registration and information
Applicants must be at least 18 years old for this programme and must provide accurate information. The platform may request reasonable supporting documents and may suspend an account where fraud, forged documents or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
4. Registration fee
The displayed registration/application processing fee is ₹950. The checkout must clearly show whether applicable taxes are included or additional and identify the legal payment recipient. The fee is for the registration processing service actually described on the website. It is not a recruitment fee and does not buy employment, assignments, earnings, certification or a government appointment.
5. No guarantee of work
Registration does not guarantee any job, contract, assignment, minimum number of work opportunities, fixed monthly income or particular service location. Opportunities depend on customer demand, availability, qualifications, safety and applicable rules.
6. Independent service providers and legal status
The platform may facilitate opportunities for independent service providers. The actual legal status of any person will depend on the real terms and manner of engagement and applicable labour and social security laws, not solely on the label used in these terms. Separate service partner terms may apply.
7. Veterinary and regulated services
Only persons legally authorised and appropriately registered may perform veterinary diagnosis, prescribe medicines, conduct treatment or undertake other regulated professional acts. Paravets and other support workers must remain within the scope permitted by applicable law and required supervision.
8. Identity documents
Aadhaar is not the sole mandatory identity document for ordinary registration. Applicants may be offered alternative government-issued photo identification. Any Aadhaar-based verification, if used, must comply with applicable UIDAI requirements and consent rules.
9. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments must be made only through the authorised checkout. Refund eligibility, timelines and process are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights available under applicable consumer law.
